摘 要:目的探讨微课联合模拟人教学法在疼痛科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月在盛京医院疼痛科进行规范化培训的住院医师60人,随机分为两组,每组30人,一组为对照组,采取传统教学模式,另一组为观察组,采取微课联合模拟人教学法,轮转结束出科考试时通过笔试成绩、临床技能成绩及调查问卷对两组住院医师的教学效果进行评价。结果对照组和观察组两组住院医师的笔试成绩分别为(42.9±2.22)分和(43.6±2.28)分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床技能考核成绩(43.97±2.70)分高于对照组(38.11±1.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查问卷中,观察组对教学模式的满意度、学习兴趣、学习能力、沟通和人际交往能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疼痛科进行规范化培训的住院医师应用微课联合模拟人教学法,可以有效提高规培住院医师的临床技能成绩,改善教学质量,增加学习兴趣,提高住院医师的学习能力与患者沟通和交往能力。Objective To investigate the value of micro-lecture combined with anthropomorphic dummy teaching method in the standardized training residents of pain department. Methods A total of 60 standardized training residents were enrolled in the pain department of Shengjing Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016, who randomly divided into two groups, 30 persons each group, the control group adopted the traditional teaching pattern, another group as the observation group taken the micro-lecture with anthropomorphic dummy teaching method, the teaching effects were evaluated with written test and clinical skills test and questionnaires before they left the department of pain treatment. Results The written test scores of the control group and the observation group were (42.9±2.22) and (43.6±2.28), there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05). The clinical skills test scores of the observation group (43.97±2.70)were higher than the control group (38.11±1.82), there was significant difference (P〈0.05). Questionnaire for the teaching mode reveled that the standardized training of residents were much more satisfaction with learning interest, learning ability, communication and interpersonal skills in the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using micro-lecture with anthropomorphic dummy teaching method for the standardized training of residents in the department of pain treatment, can effectively improve the clinical skills, improve the teaching quality, increase the interest in learning, improve the learning and communication ability.
