摘　　要：临床药师培养是一个复杂的过程,而药房带教及实践学习是其中重要的环节之一,有助于帮助实习生完成学生到药师的角色转变,并指导学生掌握良好的实践技能,教学责任重大。本院在西药房带教中,制定合理的实习计划,做好岗前培训教育,评估实习学生的理论知识,有针对性地进行带教,强化基本技能培训,提升实际操作能力,使实习学生得到规范的培训与提升。Clinical pharmacist training is a complex process, and the pharmacy teaching and practice of learning is one of important parts, change to help students to complete the intern pharmacisfs role, and guide students to master practical skills, teaching responsibility. The hospital in the western medicine room with education, develop a reasonable practice plan, pre job training and education, the theory of knowledge evaluation of students practice, targeted teaching, strengthening basic skills training, enhance practical ability, make students get training and enhance the standard.
