三种脱敏剂预防深龋治疗后牙本质过敏的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价三种脱敏剂用于预防深龋治疗后牙本质过敏发生的临床疗效。方法将114例患者的195颗深龋患牙随机分为3组,分别采用Gluma、奥威尔、光固化氢氧化钙脱敏剂对去腐备洞后的窝洞进行脱敏,然后光固化树脂充填修复,在即刻、1个月、3个月时观察脱敏效果并进行比较。结果 Gluma组与奥威尔组的即刻疗效显著高于光固化氢氧化钙组(P<0.01),Gluma组与奥威尔组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,奥威尔组有效率显著高于Gluma组和光固化氢氧化钙组(P<0.01),而Gluma组与光固化氢氧化钙组的远期疗效相近(P>0.05)。结论奥威尔脱敏剂是预防深龋充填后牙本质过敏症较好的窝洞脱敏剂。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three kinds of desensitizer for the prevention of dentin hyper-sensitivity in deep cavities. Methods The 195 teeth of 114 cases with deep caries were divided into three groups randomly,and before curable resin filling treated with three different desensitizers as Oravive desensitizer,Gluma desensitizer and calcium hydroxide respectively. Effective rates of the three agents on teeth were examined immediately,one month and three months after the treatment. Effective rates were compared in three groups. Results The efficacy of the Oravive and Gluma groups were obviously higher than that in calcium hydroxide group （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between Oravive and Gluma groups （P〈 0.05）. After three months of the treatment,Oravive group has significantly higher than Gluma and calcium hydroxide groups （P 〈0.01 ）. But the efficacy of Gluma was similar at that of calcium hydroxide group. Conclusions Oravive desensitizer is an effec tive desensitizer preventing dentin hypersensitivity of post-filling complications in deep caries.
