正畸治疗对死髓牙和活髓牙牙根吸收影响的研究

摘　　要：目的调查正畸治疗对死髓牙与活髓牙牙根吸收的影响差异及影响因素。方法随机选取固定矫治时间不少于12个月,有清晰的曲面断层片,牙列中有至少一颗已行完善根管治疗的死髓牙患者60例,测量同一患者治疗前后的死髓牙和其对侧同名活髓牙牙根长度,并进行统计学分析。结果正畸治疗前后死髓牙、活髓牙牙根吸收程度比较,差异无统计学意义。不同年龄男性或女性的活髓牙正畸治疗过程牙根吸收程度比较,差异无统计学意义。不同年龄男性或女性的死髓牙正畸治疗过程牙根吸收程度比较,差异有统计学意义。结论正畸治疗不会增加活髓牙牙根吸收的风险。正畸治疗对不同年龄死髓牙的牙根吸收程度有显著影响。Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on the absorption of nonvital pulp teeth and vital pulp teeth in patients of different age and gender. Methods 60 cases of patients who had been treated by fixed orthodontic appliance for not less than 12 months were randomly chosen with panoramic radiograph. At least one tooth of each patienfs dentition had been treated with root canal treatment. The root length of the same patient＇s nonvital-pulp teeth and the contralateral vital-pulp teeth were measured before and after treatment, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in root resorption of nonvital and vital pulp teeth after orthodontic treatment. There was no significant difference in root resorption between different ages in males or females. There was significant difference in root resorption of non-vital pulp teeth between different ages in male or female during orthodontic treatment. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment didn＇t increase the risk of root resorption of vital pulp teeth. Orthodontic treatment had significant effects on root resorption of different age groups.
