硫磺制酸烟气换热系统的清洗实践

摘　　要：介绍了清洗硫磺制酸装置烟气换热系统换热设备中粉尘及酸泥的方法、碱水冲洗费用及注意事项。详述其中一套换热设备经清洗后,一吸塔进口烟气温度由207℃下降到175℃,风机出口压力由25 kPa降至22 kPa,各项指标均达到或接近新设备要求。重新投运后的设备运行正常,且各换热设备阻力降减小,换热能力明显增强,大大提高了系统的热能利用效率。Ways of cleaning dust and acid mud in heat exchange system of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant, alkaline water washing cost and notes are introduced. It is described that after cleaning, temperature of inlet flue gas of intermediate absorber dropped from 207 ℃ to 175 ℃ , and outlet pressure of blower decreased from 25 kPa to 22 kPa, with all index meeting and approaching new equipment requirements. Equipment put into operation ran normally and resistance drop in every exchange plant decreased, exchange ability increased greatly, improving heat utilization efficiency of system significantly.
