摘  要:目的通过测量中央角膜全层、上皮层和基质层厚度,前基质层、后基质层和内皮细胞密度,观察配戴角膜塑形镜对角膜的组织学影响。方法收集哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院验配角膜塑形镜的患者34例(34眼),戴镜前、戴镜后1天、1周、1个月、3个月、半年、1年时均使用海德堡共聚焦激光角膜显微镜检查,记录中央角膜全层、上皮层和基质层的厚度,前基质层、后基质层细胞密度和内皮细胞密度。结果与戴镜前相比,中央角膜全层厚度减少,一个月后趋于稳定,中央角膜上皮层厚度降低,1个月后趋于稳定,基质层厚度降低但变化无统计学意义,前基质层细胞密度变化无意义,后基质层细胞密度降低,6个月后趋于稳定,内皮细胞密度变化无意义。结论长期佩戴角膜塑形镜对角膜组织影响小,并且其改变在一定时间趋于稳定。Objective Measured the thickness of the central corneal, the corneal epithelium and stroma, the density of the anterior stroma, the posterior stroma and the endothelial cells, observed the impacts on the corneal tissues after wearing orthokeratology. Methods Collecting 34 cases (34 eyes) who wearing ok-lens lens in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, using the confocal microscopy to scan the tissues of the cornea, recorded the corneal thickness of the cornea, the epithelium and the stroma and the density of the epithelium and the stroma at one day, one week, one month, three months, six months and one year. Results Compared after wearing ok-lens with the before wearing lens, the central corneal thickness was reduced, became stable one months later, the epithelium was became thinning, also became stable one months later, and the thickness of stroma had no statistically significant. The changes of the density of the anterior stroma had no statis- tically significant. The changes of the density of the posterior stroma decreased, became stable six months later. The changes of the density of the endothelial cells had no statistically significant. Conclusions Long-term ok-lens wearing has little effects on corneal tissue, and these effects become steady in a certain time.
