摘 要:目的分析婴儿眼部感染细菌的组成比及对抗生素耐药情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法收集近3年以眼部分泌物增多就诊于某院眼科门诊,年龄小于1岁的婴儿1699例,做细菌培养及药敏试验。结果细菌阳性检出率72.45%,革兰氏阳性菌1049例,占85.21%,其中革兰阳性球菌609例,革兰阳性杆菌440例。革兰氏阴性菌主要为革兰阴性杆菌182例,占14.78%。药敏结果细菌总耐药性由高到低,依次为红霉素,妥布霉素,氯霉素,左氧氟沙星,总耐药率分别为66.69%,34.93%,23.56%,9.75%。结论婴儿眼部细菌感染以革兰阳性菌为主,及时掌握婴儿眼部感染致病菌种与药敏的动态,可以为临床合理用药提供依据。Objective To analysis the distribution of pathogen and its resistance to antibiotic in infants infection, and establish guidelines for antibiotic rational use. Methods To collect data of 1699 cases of infants aged less than 1 with eye secre- tions treated at one hospital during the last three years, The data included bacterial culture and results of drug susceptibility test. Results Detection rate of positive bacteria was 72.45%, 1049 cases of Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 85.21%, it contained 609 cases of Gram-positive coccus and 440 cases of Gram-positive bacillus; 182 eases of Gram-negative bacteria are mainly gram-negative bacilli, accounting for 14.78%. Drug susceptibility results~ the bacterial drug resistance, in turn, was erythromycin, tobramycin, chloramphenicol, levofloxacin, total drug resistance rate were 66.69%, 34.93%, 23.56%, 9.75% respectively. Conclusion The Gram-positive bacteria were the main cause of infant eye bacterial infections, Knowing the changes of bacteria in infant eye infection and drug susceptibility in time?can provide the reference for rational clinical medication.
