集合不足型间歇性外斜视的手术方式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨集合不足型间歇性外斜视的手术方式。方法集合不足型间歇性外斜视16例,分为儿童组8例,成人组8例。16例均行斜视矫正术,统计分析两组术后斜视矫正率。结果术后儿童组手术治愈率62.50%,成人组手术治愈率87.50%,两组差别有统计学意义。术后3个月两组手术治愈率均为100%。结论对于集合不足型间歇性外斜视患者,不论儿童或成人均可行单眼外直肌减弱联合内直肌加强术。Objective To study the different operations for convergence insufficiency intermittent exotropia. Meth- ods 16 patients of convergence insufficiency intermittent exotropia underwent strabismus surgery, divided into children group and adult group. The correction rate of postoperative mortality in patients of two groups were compared. Results The orthophoria rate after surgery in children group and adult group were 6250% and 87.50% respectively, and there was signifi- cant difference between two groups. Follow-up 3 months, the orthophoria rate were both 100% in two groups. Conclusion It is useful of monocular external rectus recession combined with media/rectus shorten to both children and adult with conver- gence insufficiency intermittent exotropia.
