冠心病家系心率变异性的遗传性和血管紧张素转化酶基因多态性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究冠心病家系的心率变异性的遗传可能性及心率变异性指标与血管紧张素转化酶基因多态性的相关性。方法选择冠心病家系42例,进行5 min心率变异性检查,并从外周血提取基因组DNA,利用聚合酶链式反应的方法对ACE基因进行分型。结果 HRV参数指标具有家族相关性,HRV时域指标RMSSD、SDNN与ACE基因多态性、年龄有相关性,且与ACE基因多态性的相关性比年龄更显著。心脏的自主神经系统有物质的遗传成分。结论冠心病具有家族聚集性,具有明显的家族倾向。Objective To investigate the inheritance of heart rate variability （HRV） in coro- nary heart disease family and the correlation of HRV and angiotensln converting-enzyme （ACE） gene polymorphism. Methods About 42 people were selected from coronary heart disease families. Each subject was monitored for 5 minutes with an ambulatory electrocardio- graphic hoher recorder. Venous blood was drawn to identify the I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene with the polym^rase chain reaction. Results Heart rate variability in coronary heart dis- ease family was significantly correlated with angiotensin-converting enzyme polymorphisms and ages. HRV time-domain indices had significant inheritant component. There was downward trend with the growth of the age for HRV. Conclusion HRV indices have familial correlation.
