摘　　要：随着中国社会经济的发展,我国的高校建设已经越来越不适应时代的要求。这就要求我国高校进行一系列的转型工作。高校管理模式的转变是其中的一项重要内容。未来,高校通过科学化的管理促进高校科研成果的转化和社会效益的提升,是今后高校发展的必由之路。本文从新公共管理理论的视角,阐述了当前高校管理模式的发展趋势。With the development of China＇s social economy,our country＇s colleges and universities construction has been more and more notaccustomed to the current requirements.This requires a series of transformation in colleges and universities.The change of management mode incolleges and universities is one of the important content.In the future,the colleges and universities will promote the transformation of scientific researchfindings and the ascension of social benefits through scientific management,which is the only way for the development of colleges and universities.Inthis paper,from the perspective of new public management theory,the development trend of the current management mode of colleges and universitiesis expounded.
