合乐而为——从合唱教学中透视“90后”大学生团队精神培养的重要性

摘　　要：当代在校的大学生基本是"90后",这个年龄段的学生大多是独生子女,从小受长辈们的溺爱,往往个性张扬有余,不少学生常以"自我"为中心,不尊重别人,不关心集体,团队合作精神不足。合唱作为一种群体的艺术,在艺术表现和团队精神的培养上是相辅相成、缺一不可的。可以通过合唱训练,让当代大学生体验到高雅艺术的同时,培养他们的集体荣誉感和团队意识,促进合唱团成员之间的合作能力,增强他们的集体凝聚力,让校园合唱团成为当代大学生团队精神最佳的培养阵地。Contemporary college students are ＂post-90s＂, who are Only-Children in general, Who are spoiled since childhood, and with flamboyant individuality. Most of them often take themselves as the center; they neither respect others, nor care about the collective. In addition, they are lack of team spirit. Chorus, as a mass art, is complementary and indispensable in expressing art and cultivating students＇ team spirit. Chorus can be adopted to cultivate contemporary college students＇ team spirit and sense of collective honor, promote their cooperative ability and enhance their collective cohesion, when they experience the art of elegance. Therefore, campus choir proves to be a proper platform to cultivate team spirit of the contemporary college students.
