摘　　要："因地制宜"是中医核心理论的重要组成部分,并由此诞生了诸多地域性的中医流派。岭南流派作为南方一大地域流派,自古因五岭阻隔与中原地域分开,又因其"地处炎方,瘴气盛行",形成了不同于他地的用药偏好。本文由地域角度入手进行分析,提出岭南用药体现了南方"温而收之"的治法特点,并在"瘴气"因素的影响下形成了独特的治湿之法。对于岭南用药风格的剖析,有助于进一步挖掘岭南流派的学术特点。＂Adjust measures to local conditions＂ is an important part of the core of traditional Chinese medicine theory, and thus many regional schools of traditional Chinese medicine was born. As a large southern regional schools, Lingnan school of medicine is sepa- rated from the central plains region since ancient times because of the Five Ridges. And because of its special regional characteristics, Lingnan school of medicine formed its preference on medicine which is different from the other areas. Base on the analysis of the regional characteristic, this paper put forward the opinion that the therapeutic style of Lingnan school of medicine embodies the characteristics of south which prefer ＂warm and astringe＂, and under the influence of ＂Zhang Qi＂ it formed a unique cure of ＂Shi＂. Analysis of Lingnan school of medicine therapeutic style will be helpful to further study about academic characteristics of South of the Five Ridges genre.
