摘 要:目的建立HPLC测定新疆维药硬尖神香草中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为CoLumn:XB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05 moL/L乙酸铵(83∶17),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm,进样体积10μL,柱温45℃。结果在此液相条件下齐墩果酸与其他成分分离良好,齐墩果酸浓度在0.038~0.19μg/μL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.18%,硬尖神香草中齐墩果酸含量为2.61mg/g。结论本方法简便、快捷、准确,适用于硬尖神香草中齐墩果酸的含量测定。Objective To determine the content of oleanolic acid in Uygur Medicine Hyssopus cuspidatus boriss by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. Methods HPLC, chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was employed; the mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate (83 : 17); the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; the detection wave Length was 210 nm; the volume of sample was 10μL; the column temperature was 45℃. Results Oleanolic acid was well separated, there was a good linear relationship between oleanolic acid between 0.038-0.19 μg/μL (r :0.999 6), the aver- age recovery was 101.2% and RSD was 2.18%, the content of oleanolic acid in Hyssopus Cuspidatus Boriss is 2.61 mg/g. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and accurate; it's suitable for the determina- tion of oleanolic acid in Uygur Medicine Hyssopus cuspidatus boriss.
