摘 要:目的探讨改进排班模式对呼吸内科护士生活质量的影响。方法选取呼吸内科20名低年资护士为研究对象,在现有的人力资源下,改进传统排班的模式,实施连续不间断的APN排班,每班设1名组长,按照新老搭配的原则开展护理工作。比较排班模式改进前后护士拖班现象、职业倦怠以及生活质量的变化。结果改进排班模式后,拖班现象改善显著(P<0.05);护士的职业倦怠感各项评分均低于改进前,护士的家庭生活、身心健康各方面生活质量评分优于改进前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进排班模式实行APN连续排班能够减少拖班现象,有效改善护士的职业倦怠感和生活质量。Objective To examine the effect of a reformed work schedule on the life quality of nurses in department of respiratory medicine. Method 20 nurses from the department of respiratory medicine were chosen as the subjects of study.Given the same cluster of members, an alternative scheduling model, a so-called ‘APN duty arrangement ', was developed. Every group consists old members paired with new members and has a line manager appointed to it. The phenomena known as‘occupation burnout and procrastination' and the life quality of the nurses as observed before and after the reform were compared. Findings Incidence of procrastination was found to become significantly less(P〈0. 05) since the new schedule was exercised. Occupation burnout scores were lower than those before reform. The scores as achieved by the nurses in all aspects of family life and physical and mental health were better than those before reform. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The APN continuous scheduling can effectively reduce procrastination and occupation burnout and improve the life quality of the nurses.
