摘 要:实验试剂的管理是高校实验室的重要任务之一.如何提高药品试剂的利用率、减少资金浪费和环境污染,以及有效监控有毒有害试剂的使用,是实验室管理研究中的重要课题.针对高校实验室试剂使用的特点建立了一套适用于生物类实验室药品试剂信息化管理方案.该方案采用B/S构架搭建,以网页形式辅助实现试剂的共享、申购、领取和使用情况追踪等功能,使用方便而高效,大幅度减少了药品试剂购买和发放流程的工作量,增进了各课题组间试剂资源的共享,基本实现了药品试剂使用过程的监控,为当下高校药品试剂的信息化、规范化管理提供了参考与借鉴.The management of laboratory chemicals is one of the key operations for labs in colleges and universities. Thus, optimization of chemical usage, reduction of fund wasting and potential pollution, along with the monitoring of toxic chemicals and their waste, are always focused by lab management research projects. Here we present an effective laboratory chemical management system which is suitable for most of the biology labs in colleges and universities. The entire system was built upon B/S framework for the convenience of all its users. It generates web pages to aid the sharing, purchasing, distributing and monitoring of lab chemicals. Which was proved to be highly effective in simplify the management process and the sharing of chemical resources between research teams. Furthermore, the chemical usage can be monitored in realtime through computers and cell phones, which makes it an excellent standardized model of informationized chemical management system.
