摘　　要：为了提高风险评估的全面准确性,方便调度员掌握全网运行风险的实际情况,提升地区电网运行风险的感知能力,设计了基于省地一体化的地区电网风险评估系统。提出了适用于地区电网运行特点的风险评估模型和计算方法;基于预想故障分析,考虑地调负荷转供和负荷削减的调控措施,实现了省地一体化联合风险评估功能。结合算例分析,证明了本系统的可行性和实用性。In order to improve the overall accuracy of risk assessment,facilitate the dispatcher to grasp the actual situation of entire network operation risk,enhance the awareness of regional power grid operation risk,risk assessment system in regional power grid based on provincial and regional was designed.Risk assessment model and calculation method was proposed,especially for regional power grid operation characteristics.Based on the expected failure analysis,combining with the load transfer and load reduction measures,it could realize the function of comprehensive risk assessment on provincial and regional.Finally,combining with the example analysis,the feasibility and practicability of this system was proved.
