摘　　要：民族地区由于地理位置、自然环境和相对落后的经济社会基础,对人才的吸引力较差,加之民族地区高等教育资源匮乏,依靠民族地区自身力量很难培养出能够满足民族地区发展需要的高层次骨干人才。因此,少数民族高层次人才的培养应当纳入教育福利,由政府提供政策与资金支持,并进行人才的合理配置。Due to geographical location, natural environment and relatively backward economic and social infrastructure, the minority regions cannot attract enough talents, and lack higher education resources, so it is difficult to rely on their own condition to meet the development needs of high-level talents in the minority regions. Therefore, the education of high-level talents should be included in the education welfare, the governments provide policy and financial support, and make the rational allocation of talents.
