摘　　要：科技期刊编辑初审是审稿过程的第一关。指出科技期刊编辑初审工作中存在的问题,主要有初审工作时滞长,初审编辑对稿件的把握不强。为了提高初审质量和效率,应该从以下方面入手:做好学术不端处理工作,合理使用学术不端文献检测系统;完善网站等窗口信息建设;加快初审速度,坚决做到不积压,源头上缩短审稿周期;对于退稿和退改的稿件,要明确初审意见;初审编辑从审稿统计数据看审稿人选择审稿人;完善外审专家数据库。最后指出科技期刊编辑要成为复合型学术编辑,要能在工作中不断学习,要有良好的心态,要有人文精神,才能有利于科技期刊长远发展。Editors＇ primary evaluation of sci-tech journal is the first link in the editing process.Problems in the primary evaluation of sci-tech journal are proposed,which are long working time-delay,and editors not good at the contribution＇s content.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of primary evaluation,the following methods are suggested：properly using the academic misconduct system;building complete website information;shortening the initial evaluation working time;giving the clear opinions to manuscript rejection and modification;using peer view experts database to choose the relevant experts;completing the expert database.Only the editors are willing to study the editing knowledge and the domains of disciplines and specialty,can an editor becomes the senior compound talent.Also editors should have a good state of mind and humanistic spirit.Thus,which will benefit the long-time growth of sci-tech journals.
