长效防蚊抑螨抑菌多功能新面料的研发

摘　　要：随着人们户外运动的增加和健康意识的增强,长效防蚊抑螨抑菌多功能面料,已成为人们亟需的新产品。文中阐述了新产品设计开发思路及研究内容,研究了防蚊驱蚊、抑螨防螨、抗菌抑菌单项整理工艺及多功能一体化的理论依据和新产品生产的可能性,并给出开发长效多功能、耐洗次数高的工艺技术及新面料的各项测试结果。实践结果表明,新产品对金黄葡萄球菌抑菌率>95.0%,大肠杆菌抑菌率>96.0%,螨虫驱避率>85.0%,蚊虫驱避率>66.0%。Multifunctional new fabrics with long-acting mosquito repelling,killing Mites and anti-microbial have been new products which is on demand with the increasing of outdoor sports and development of health consciousness. In this paper, the design and development of the product ideas and research content are described, single finishing process with long-acting mosquito repelling,killing mites and anti-microbial ,the theoretical foundation of muhifunctional new fabrics and possibility of new product production are studied , and technology with long-acting multi-function and good washing fastness and test results of new fabric are provided. The results show that the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus is more than 95.0%, the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli is more than 96.0%, repellent rate of Mite insect is more than 85.0%, repellent rate of mosquito is more than 66.0%.
