摘　　要：针对高校图书馆跨职能团队成员管理过程出现的问题,以大连医科大学图书馆跨职能团队成员管理作为实证研究,探讨跨职能团队管理对个人、团队和组织所带来的收益和代价,提出跨职能团队成员管理的关键要素和管理策略以提升图书馆团队管理水平。The paper tries to solve the problems about the cross-functional team membership management in the university library. The practice of cross-functional team membership management in Dalian Medical University Library is held to test and verify the effect. The paper discusses how cross-functional team membership brings the benefits and costs to the individual, team and organization ,points the key factors and puts forward more effective management strategy to improve management level of the university library.
