摘　　要：壳聚糖是一种来源广泛、无毒无害、具有生物相容性的可生物降解天然高分子化合物,具有良好的成膜性和一定的抗菌性。重点介绍了壳聚糖作为膜材料在医学方面的应用,如抗菌性、药物控释性和促创伤愈合性、人工肾膜-透析膜、人工皮肤、给药壳聚糖药膜、糖尿病足等难愈性溃疡、肠造口周围皮炎治疗等方面的应用,对其存在的问题进行探讨,期望为壳聚糖膜在医药工程中的应用提供参考。Chitosan is a non-toxic harmless biodegradable natural polymer material with biocompatibility,and has good film-forming property and antimicrobial properties.The antimicrobial properties,drug release and accelerating wound healing aspects of chitosan films were introduced respectively.Furthermore,the existing problems and development direction were pointed out.For chitosan films application in the pharmaceutical engineering provided certain information,and for the further research and application of chitosan in films material provided the reference,which will provide some inspiration of better organic synthetic method design in future.
