摘  要:学校教育是人们生活的特殊组成部分,其发展水平已成为衡量生活质量的重要指标。在民生改善这一系统工程中,无论是依靠制度保障,借助市场互利与居民互惠,还是个体的自主改善,都离不开教育的基础性作用。保障教育在民生改善中的基础地位,应坚持教育为人民服务,确保民众公平受教育的权利;重视民生主体参与,推进教育改革民主化;构建面向生活的教育,促进教育民生功能的生成。School Education is a special part of hfe, and its level of deveIopment has become an important indi- cator of the quality of life. In the systematic project to improve people's livelihood, whether it is to rely.on the system guarantee, with the help of market of mutual benefit or reciprocity among residents, or the conscious self-improvement of the livelihood, cannot be separated from the basic role of education. To ensure the foundation status of education in improving people' s livelihood, we need to insist on education for the people and ensure the public right of fair educa- tion;to attach importance to participation of the subject of people's livelihood and promote the democratization of edu- cation reform; to make education for life and promote the formation of educational function of people' s livelihood.
