摘　　要：目的探讨临床医师情绪智力及应对方式对医患关系的影响。方法使用困难医患关系量表(DDPRQ-10)、情绪智力量表(WEIS)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)对上海某二甲医院171名医师进行调查。结果医师情绪智力及应对方式与其对医患关系的评价显著相关;情绪智力中自我情绪的感知和表达维度与应对方式中的解决因子,对医师体验到的医患关系困难度有负向预测作用,应对方式中的退避因子有正向预测作用;中介效应分析显示,应对方式在情绪智力对医患关系的影响中起部分中介作用。结论医师情绪智力及应对方式影响其对医患关系的评价。Objective To explore the influence of emotional intelligence and coping style on the relationship between doctors and patients. Methods 171 clinical doctors were assessed by Difficult Doctor Patient Relationship Questionnaire （DDPRQ -10）, Wong＇s Emotional Intelligence Scale （WEIS） and Coping Style Questionnaire （CSQ）. Results The doctor＇s emotional intelligence and coping style was significantly related to the evaluation of doctor- patient relationship. The SEA dimension of emotional intelligence and the solving factor of coping style, had negative predictive effect on the difficult doctor - patient relationship scores; the avoidance factor had positive predictive effect on the difficult doctor- patient relationship scores. Through the mediating effect analysis, the coping style has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the emotional intelligence and the doctor -patient relationship. Conclusion The doctors＇ emotional intelligence and coping style have impact on the evaluation of doctor -patient relationship.
