摘　　要：结合医院管理聘用人员的实践做法,旨在探讨在当前精简整编的大趋势下保持军队医院的优势,从政策制度、教育培养、招聘模式、岗位管理、发展通道等方面创新适合军队医院发展的聘用制人员管理模式,以期进一步提高聘用制人员使用效率和管理科学化水平,促进聘用制人员队伍建设向更高水平发展,实现军队医院可持续发展。Combined with practices of the employed staff management in our hospital, it aims to explore how to maintain the advantages of military hospital under the current trend of streamlining and reorganization, and innovate for the employed staff management model that suits military hospital development from aspects such as policy system, education and training, recruitment, job management, development access, in order to further improve the employment staff efficiency and scientific management, effectively promote the employment staff team building to a higher level to achieve sustainable development in military hospital.
