摘　　要：军队医院教学管理工作面临机遇和挑战,必须建设高水平的师资队伍,健全教学管理体制,提高教学质量,加强院校合作,从而促进医院的全面发展。Military hospital teaching management work is currently facing with opportunities and challenges. It is necessary to build a high level of teaching staff, perfect the teaching management system, improve the quality of teaching, and strengthen the cooperation between colleges and universities, so as to promote the overall development of the hospital.
