摘 要:目的对超高度近视患者行超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶体植入术后患者满意度调查。方法回顾性研究选取我院自2013年1月至2015年12月透明晶体摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入患者102例。术前主觉验光了解屈光状态及最佳矫正视力,IOL-Master测得眼轴长度、角膜屈光率(K值),前房深度等数值。应用优化Haigis公式预留IOL度数。术中植入单焦点可折叠IOL,预留度数以优化Haigis公式-0.12D-3.76D。术后对其视力及屈光度数误差进行方差分析,且对患者进行满意度调查。结果按照方差分析:优化后Haigis公式计算的预留屈光度数与术后3月实际屈光度数差异以及术前矫正视力与术后矫正视力数据无统计学意义。结论超高度近视患者行超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶体植入安全有效,且有很高的患者满意度。Objective The motive of this study is to conduct a satisfaction survey on cataract patients with super-high myopia after they received treatments of phacoemulsification combined with the intraocular lens(IOL)implantation. Methods It is a retrospective study. 102 patients from our hospital were treated with transparent lens extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC IOL)implantation from January 2013 to December 2015. Preoperatively subjective optometry was used to measure refraction, the best corrected visual acuity(CVA), IOL-Master, axial length, corneal refraction(K value)and anterior chamber depth. IOL degrees were calculated and recorded by using the optimized Haigis formula. During the operation, Monofocal and foldable IOL were implanted and degrees were calculated by the Haigis formula-0. 12 D-3.76 D. Postoperatively error variance analysis was put on the vision and refraction degrees and then a satisfaction survey was carried out. Results The variance analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in terms of the difference between the refraction degrees calculated by the optimized Haigis formula and the real degrees three month after the treatment and the difference in CVA before and after the treatment. Conclusion This study suggests that phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was effectively safe and highly satisfied.
