摘　　要：无视觉先兆症状的偏头痛患者，长期服用去痛片可诱发黄斑水肿。经中医辩证论治及针刺综合治疗，改善视功能，减轻网膜水肿。望得到临床医师重视，加强宣教，警惕不良作用。Long-term use of Compound Aminopyrine Phenacetin Tablets without visual aura symptoms of migraine patients, can induce macular edema. By the dialectical treatment of TCM and acupuncture treatment to improve visual function, reduce the retinal edema. Hope to get the attention of clinicians, strengthen the mission,guard against adverse effects.
