摘　　要：详细的从器械准备、检查前准备、检查操作、检查报告等方面对初级耳鼻喉科医生的鼻内镜检查培训要点做出介绍，并对鼻前庭囊肿、鼻出血、鼻中隔偏曲、鼻窦炎、鼻腔及鼻咽肿瘤、腺样体肥大的镜下检查要点和征象做了详细的阐述，提出了从鼻腔黏膜颜色、肿胀程度，鼻涕量、色、质，肿物形态、分泌物等进行中医局部辨证。detailed from equipment preparation, examination preparation,, examination, inspection report, etc, the nasal endoscopy training for primary otolaryngology doctor to introduce the main points, and the nasal vestibular cyst, nasal bleeding and nasal septum deviation, sinusitis, nasal and nasopharyngeal cancer, adenoid hypertrophy were microscopically and signs to do the check points of detail, put forward the color from the nasal mucosa, degree of swelling, mucus production, color, quality, the mass morphology, secretion to local syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.
