摘  要:目的:比较双、单相抑郁患者前扣带回部位大脑代谢物水平。方法:用氢质子磁共振频谱技术检测双、单相抑郁和正常对照组(各组11例)大脑前扣带回部位代谢物水平。联合运用LCModel和SAGE软件对前扣带回部位的代谢物进行定量。结果:双相抑郁组在前扣带回部位谷氨酸+谷氨酰胺水平较正常对照和单相抑郁组均升高。前扣带回部位N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸、肌酸、胆碱、肌醇在三组被试间均无统计学意义。结论:双相抑郁在前扣带回部位存在谷氨酸系统失衡,而单相抑郁则否。这可能是两种疾病不同病理生理学机制。Objective:To compare the metabolite levels in anterior cingulate cortex of bipolar and unipolar depression patients.Methods:The bipolar and unipolardepression patients and healthy controls(11 cases in each group)underwent routine MRI scan and protonmagnetic resonance spectrosco-py.The absolute metabolite concentrations in anterior cingulat ecortex(ACC) were measured using LCModel and SAGE software.Results:The bipolar depression group showed significantly higher levels of Glx in their ACC compared with uinpolar depression and control groups.No difference in other brain metabolites among groups.Conclusion:There is glutamate system imbalance in ACC of bipolar depression,while not in unipolar depression.This indicates there may be different pathophysiology between two diseases.
