中西医结合联合心理干预治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合联合心理干预治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法选取我院眼科门诊就诊的中浆患者，45例45眼，随机分为2组，治疗组23例，采用中西医结合联合心理干预治疗中浆；对照组22例为西药治疗组，两组均以半个月为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。观察两组治疗前后视力、荧光素眼底血管照影观察荧光渗漏情况、光学相关断层扫描检查眼底黄斑水肿吸收情况及天数。结果两组疗效比较，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组黄斑部吸收天数明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论激光联合中药结合心理干预治疗中浆疗效确切，比单用西药治疗见效快、疗程短，值得在临床中推广。Objective To study the effects of integration of Chinese traditonal medicine and western medicine and mental treament on central serious chorioretinopathy. Methods Forty five patients with central serious chorioretinopathy were divided into two groups randomly,23 cases in observation group were treated by Chinese traditonal medicine and western medicine and mental treament; 22 cases in control group were treated by western medicine,the two groups were treated for 3 period. The visual acuity, fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA） ,optical coherence tomography（OCT）, and the days of absorbing were evaluated. Results The effective rates in patients of the observation groups were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The days of absorbing of macular edema in the observation groups were significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of integration of Chinese traditonal medicine and western medicine and mental treament on central serious chorioretinopathy is significant,it can significantly shorten the healing time compared with the group of western medicine.
