摘 要:针对手指静脉图像采集系统中近红外LED光源的光强均匀性相对较差的问题,设计了一种等边三角形结构的光源阵列。通过应用近红外LED光源的数学模型和斯派罗法则优化两个相邻光源的距离,确定了两颗光源之间的最优距离为6.26 mm,对该光源阵列进行仿真形成面积为10 mm×20 mm的均匀光照区域。对此光源阵列进行硬件实验,证明等边三角形结构的光源阵列比单排的光源阵列在均匀性和图像质量上更加突出。Aiming at problem that intensity uniformity of near infrared LED light source is relatively poor in finger vein image acquisition system, a light source array structure of equilateral triangle is designed. Through using the mathematical model for near infrared LED light intensity and Sparrow' s criterion to optimize distance between two adjacent light source , the optimal distance between the two light sources are confirmed as 6.26 mm. An uniform illumination area of 10 mm × 20 mm is formed by the new light source array by simulation. The hardware experiment of the light source arrays demonstrate that the light source an'ay of equilateral triangle structure is more prominent than the light sources array of single row in the uniformity and the quality of image.
