摘 要:针对配备高精度测头的机床转台分度误差标定问题,提出了一种可在任意角度对转台分度误差进行标定的方法。通过建立位于转台对径位置的两个标准球球心与转台中心以及转台运动误差的几何位置关系,测量转台转动前后两个标准球的球心位置,经过简便的计算,即可标定出转台分度误差。分析了两个标准球对径以及等高安装误差对标定结果的影响,通过实验验证了方法的有效性,实现了以较低的经济成本在转台任意角度位置对分度误差的高精度标定。A calibration technique was proposed to calibrate the indexing error of the rotary table at any position according to the calibration problem of the indexing error of rotary table on a machine tool equipped with a high-precision probe. The geometric position relationship among the center of the standard balls mounted on the diametric line,the center and the kinematic errors of the rotary table was established,the indexing error of the rotary table was calibrated by some simple and convenient calculation after the center position of the standard balls rotated before and after was measured. And the calibration result influenced by the installation error of the two standard balls not in the diametric line and with different height was analyzed. Experimental results demonstrate the validity of the approach,and the calibration of the indexing error of rotary table with high accuracy at any position is achieved at a lower cost.
