2012年-2015年哈尔滨市碘盐监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解哈尔滨市居民食用碘盐情况,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按照2012年《黑龙江省碘缺乏病监测方案》对居民随机抽查,用国家标准GB/T 13025.7—2012《制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定》方法进行定量测定,对可疑非碘盐再采用仲裁法定量测定。结果 2012年-2015年居民食盐碘含量中位数分别为28.81 mg/kg、26.92 mg/kg、25.96 mg/kg、24.53 mg/kg,4年盐碘中位数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4年间共检测居民户盐样21 599份,合格碘盐21 217份,非碘盐145份,居民的碘盐覆盖率为99.33%、碘盐合格率为98.90%、合格碘盐食用率为98.23%、非碘盐率为0.67%。结论哈尔滨市居民的碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率均较高,但还有一定非碘盐的存在,建议职能部门加大监督力度,加强对居民正确使用碘盐的宣传教育。Objective To understand the status of iodized salt consumption in residents of Harbin,so as to provide scientific basis for the sustainable elimination work of iodine deficiency disease（IDD）.Methods According to the requirements of Heilongjiang Iodine Deficiency Disease Monitoring Program in 2012,salt samples were randomly collected from residents.The iodine concentration in salt was quantitatively detected by the GB/T 13025.7—2012 Determination of Iodine Ion of the Salt Industry General Test Method,and the suspicious non iodized salt was quantitatively detected by arbitration method.Results From2012 to 2015,iodine median of edible salt from residents was respectively 28.81 mg/kg,26.92 mg/kg,25.96 mg/kg,24.53 mg/kg,with the difference statistically significant in the 4 years（P 〈0.01）.21 599 cases of iodine salt were collected from residents in the 4 years,with 21 217 copies qualified; non-iodized salt were found in 145 copies,and the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.33%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.90%,the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was98.23%,and the rate of non iodized salt was 0.67%.Conclusion The coverage rate,the qualified rate and the intake rate of qualified iodized salt are higher in Harbin,but non-iodized salt problems still exist.It was suggested that the relevant departments intensify the supervision,strengthen the propaganda and education to residents for the proper use of iodized salt.
