摘　　要：目的:分析基本药物制度实施后乡镇卫生院医生的工作满意度现状,探讨其影响因素及作用机制。方法:抽取山东省5个地市638名乡镇卫生院医生进行调查,通过因子分析提取影响乡镇卫生院医生工作满意度的公因子,并通过路径分析探讨各影响因素之间的关系和作用机制。结果:基本药物制度实施后,乡镇卫生院医生的工作满意度总体不高;乡镇卫生院医生对基本药物制度的了解度、对基本药物认可度以及基本药物制度实施后医生个人受益情况是影响医生工作满意度的关键因素。结论:通过扩大基本药物制度宣传、确保基本药物疗效和供应、合理补偿乡镇卫生院医生收入,可提高乡镇卫生院医生的工作满意度。Objectives： To analyze the influence of essential medicine system on doctors＇ job satisfaction in township health centers, and to explore the influence factors and their mechanism. Methods： 638 doctors in township health centers were randomly sampled for questionnaire survey and interview from five cities and districts in Shandong province. The method of factor analysis was used to extract common factors that affect job satisfaction, and then path analysis was used to determine the relationship and interaction of these affecting factors. Results： After the implementation of the essential medicine system, the job satisfaction of doctors in township health center is not high, the understanding degree of the essential medicine system, the recognition degree of essential medicine, and doctors＇ personal benefit are the key factors that affect the satisfaction of doctors in township health centers. Conclusions： Such measures as expanding the propaganda of the basic drug system, ensuring the efficacy and supply of basic drugs, and giving a reasonable compensation to the doctors can improve the job satisfaction of doctors in township health centers.
