护肝宁片治疗非乙醇性脂肪性肝炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察护肝宁片治疗非乙醇性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的效果。方法将NASH病人122例随机分为两组,治疗组(60例)采用护肝宁片治疗,对照组(62例)采用复方益肝灵片治疗,疗程3个月,检测两组治疗前后肝功能、血脂及肝纤维化指标。结果治疗组治疗后肝酶、血脂、肝纤维化指标较治疗前明显降低(t=2.787~3.236,P<0.05);两组治疗后各指标差值比较,差异亦有显著性(t=2.663~3.161,P<0.05)。结论护肝宁片可有效治疗NASH。Objective To assess the effectiveness of Huganning tablet for patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH）. Methods A total of 122 patients with NASH were randomly divided into treatment group（n=60）and control group（n=62）.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Huganning tablet,and those in the control group treated with Fufangyiganling tablet,the course of treatment was three months for both groups.Indexes of liver function,blood lipid and liver fibrosis in both groups were measured-before and after the treatment. Results After treatment,the indexes of serum liver enzyme,serum lipid and serum liver fibrosis of the treatment group declined significantly versus before treatment（t=2.787-3.236,P〈0.05）,and compared with the control group,the differences in the above parameters were significant（t=2.663-3.161,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huganning tablet is effective for patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
