大学共同治理的行动结构与路径选择——基于帕森斯的社会行动理论

摘　　要：基于帕森斯的社会行动理论,从"文化-制度"层面可将大学看作一个社会受托系统。在大学共同治理行动中,大学作为一个文化组织在社会系统中发挥着社会模式维持的作用,其本身是由价值、权力、制度和文化四维互构的行动结构体系。我国大学共同治理面临价值、权力、制度及文化方面的诸多现实困境,共同治理路径要以学术价值的坚守保持与社会的必要张力,以适应社会长远发展需要,通过制度建设达成共同治理目标,平衡权力配置实现利益整合,加强文化认同以维持共同治理模式的和谐运行。Based on Parsons＇s social action theory, a university is recognized as a social fiduciary system from the cultural-system level. A university, as a cultural organization, plays its role in maintaining social pattern in social system. In fact, it is a four-dimensional practice framework, consisted of value, power, system and culture. Nowadays, university shared governance in our country is facing many predicaments and these predicaments mainly come from four aspects： value, power system and culture. This paper concludes that we must adhere to academic value and social tension on the path to university shared governance progress, so as to meet the needs of social development in the long term. Besides, system construction, checks and balances and strengthening of cultural identity is needed to achieve the goal of university shared governance, realize the interest integration and maintain the operation of university shared governance pattern.
