海外游学对中医学相关专业本科学生学习格局的影响

摘　　要：随着中医药国际化趋势日益凸显,大力培养高层次国际型中医药人才已成为时代发展的迫切要求,而积极在中医药高校开展海外游学项目将有利于中医学国际化人才的培养。本文从分析南方医科大学中医药学院本科海外游学项目入手,通过采访参与游学的同学和老师、聆听游学分享会等方式,围绕强化专业科研水平、提升临床实践能力、培养海外就业意识及对外交流能力等进行论述,并就中医学国际化人才的培养策略对本科生学习格局的影响进行了有益的探索。With the trend of internationalization of Chinese medicine, cultivating high-level international talents of Chinese medicine has become the urgent requirement of times development. And actively earrying out of oversea projects in the universities of Chinese medicine will be beneficial to the education of international talented person of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the analysis of overseas projects of College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University, this article foeused on the aspect of strengthening professional scientific research level, promoting clinical practice ability, cultivating overseas employment consciousness and communication ability of undergraduates by interviewing those who participated in the overseas study tours. Under the need of TCM internationalization strategy, the article also made an exploration of the influence of undergraduate students learning pattern.
