住院精神分裂症患者临床路径管理效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价临床路径管理对住院精神分裂症患者疗效、费用、满意度的影响。方法选取2014年3月~2015年3月石河子绿洲医院住院治疗的204例精神分裂症患者资料进行分析,将患者根据随机数字方法分为研究组(101例)和对照组(103例),对照组患者治疗时行常规方法管理,研究组实施临床路径管理,比较两组患者护理效果、平均住院天数、住院总费用、日均费用、医患满意度。结果研究组住院总费用、日均费用、药费均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度、医生满意度评分高于对照组评分(P<0.05);研究组患者管理后BPRS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组管理疗效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理有利于降低病人住院费用、提高医、患满意度,更好为精神分裂症病人服务。Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway management on the efficacy, cost and satisfaction of inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods 204 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into the study group （ 101 cases ） and the control group （ 103 cases ） according to the method of random numbers, the study group was treated with the clinical path management, while the control group patients was treated and managed with the routine management method, the effect of two management methods were compared, including the average length of stay, total cost of hospitalization, the average daily cost of the doctor-patient satisfaction and so on： Results The total cost of hospitalization and the average daily cost of medicine in study group were significantly less than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）; the patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction scores in study group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; the BPRS score in the study group was higher （ P〈0.05 ） those in the control group after administration; Conclusion The clinical path management can reduce costs of hospitalization, improve the rate of satisfaction both in patient and psychiatry. The clinical path management can make the patients with schizophrenia better.
