经颅磁联合阿戈美他汀治疗更年期焦虑、抑郁症状疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经颅磁治疗联合阿戈美他汀对更年期综合征的疗效及安全性。方法将88例更年期综合征患者随机分为研究组及对照组两组,研究组使用阿戈美他汀联合经颅磁治疗,对照组单纯使用阿戈美他汀,共治疗8周,在治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8周分别予HAMA量表及HDMD评定疗效。结果治疗4周后研究组患者HAMA量表、HDMD量表评分开始显著下降,比对照组起效快,治疗第7天两组患者疗效有显著性差异(t_(HAMA)=6.17,t_(HAMD)=6.47,P<0.01)。结论经颅磁治疗和阿戈美他汀对缓解更年期综合征的焦虑、抑郁均有效,而经颅磁治疗联合阿戈美他汀起效更快。Objectives To explore the effect and safety of transcrania] magnetic therapy combined with agomelatine in the treatment of menopausal anxiety and depression. Methods Eighty-eight patients with climacteric syndrome were randomized into study group and control group. The study group was treated with agomelatine combined with transcranial magnetic therapy while the control group was only treated with agomelatine, lasting for 8 weeks. Before treatment and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of treatment later, HAMA and HAMD scales were used to evaluate the curative effect. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of HAMA and HAMD of the study group decreased significantly, and the onset time was faster than that of control group. There was a significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups in the treatment of seventh days （ tHAMA=6.17, tHAMD=6.47, P〈 0.01. Conclusion Both of transcranial magnetic therapy and agomelatine can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients with climacteric syndrome while transcranial magnetic therapy combined with agomelatine can take effect more quickly.
