循证护理对高血压性脑出血患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析循证护理对高血压性脑出血患者术后意识障碍及心理情绪的影响。方法收集120例高血压性脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),给予对照组患者常规护理干预,同时,观察组患者采用循证护理,加强对患者的心理干预,观察并对比分析两组患者术后意识障碍及不良情绪的差异。结果护理后观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(45.31±6.47)分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(30.31±3.51)低于对照组,(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者的巴氏指数评分(55.6±6.3)分较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组患者恐惧度(18.33%)明显低于对照组(45.00%),观察组患者的护理满意度(93.3%)显著高于对照组(76.7%),(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可能有助于改善高血压性脑出血患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,有助于改善患者术后意识障碍,具有积极的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on consciousness, anxiety and depression in postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 patients with hypertensive hemor-rhage cerebral were divided into the observation groups （ n = 60） and the control group （ n = 60） randomly. The patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing, at the same time, the observation group were treated by evidence-based nursing. The SAS scale, SDS scale and Barthel index were used to evaluate the curative effect. Results After treatment, the score of SAS （ 45.31±6.47 ） and SDS （ 30.31±3.51 ） in patients in the observation group were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the score of Barthel index （55.6±6.3） in patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and degree of fear （ 18.33 % ） in patients of the observation group was obviously lower than those in the control group （ 45.00 % ）, the satisfaction with nursing care in patients of the observation group （ 93.3 % ） was significantly higher than those in the control group （76.7 % ）, （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing maybe has a positive value in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
