摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理对老年胃癌手术患者负性情绪、依从性的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年7月60岁以上胃癌拟行手术患者共72例,随机平均分为两组。对照组给予围手术期常规护理,实验组给予早期康复护理。观察两组患者术后负性情绪、并发症以及依从性的差异。结果护理后实验组患者健康信念、希望水平,特质应对方式,治疗依从性、运动依从性评分均优于对照组,且围手术期并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论对老年胃癌患者提供早期康复护理效果更优。Objective To study influence of early rehabilitation nursing on negative emotion and compliance of elderly patients with gastric surgery. Methods From January 2013 to July 2015 a total of 72 patients over 60 years old with gastric cancer undergoing surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups randomly and averagely. The control group received routine perioperative care, while the experimental group were given early rehabilitation nursing. The differences of postoperative negative emotions, complications and compliance between the two groups were com- pared. Results Elderly patients with gastric cancer perioperative complications in experimental group than the control group （P〈O.05）; After nursingcare, the heahhbelief, hope level, coping style, treatment compliance, exercise adherence rates in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group, also the incidence of periop- erative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a better effect on elderly patients with gastric surgery.
