摘　　要：为适应现代工业信息化、智能化、网络化的发展要求,实现对滚珠丝杠的精确控制,以滚珠丝杠平台为监控对象,基于AB公司的Micro850控制器搭建了滚珠丝杠监控系统。调试结果表明该监控系统实时性好,稳定性和精确度较高。该设计不仅为高校实验室建设提供了实验指导,也为工业控制系统的应用提供了技术支撑。In order to adapt to the development demands of modern industrial informatization,intellectualization,networking, and control the ball screw system accurately,this paper takes the Micro850 controller of AB company build a monitoring system based on ball screw.The debugging results show that the monitoring system has good real-time performance,high stability and high precision.
