摘　　要：针对电梯群控运行时异常情况多、判断花费时间长、监管难度大等问题,在TIA Portal平台下构建了以PLC为控制器的三部电梯群控监控系统,采用模糊控制算法实现了电梯群控的调度,设计了多目标评价函数、多变量模糊控制器,完成了监控系统的软硬件组态、程序编写和监控画面搭建。实验测试表明:该监控系统运行稳定,能实现故障检测、报警和异常情况记录等功能,可实现电梯群控的实时监控,对实际工程应用具有一定的借鉴意义。According to the problems of the elevator group control running,such as many kinds of abnormal conditions, takes a long time to analyze and monitoring difficult,elevator group control monitoring system is established with PLC based on TIA Portal,elevator group control scheduling is achieved with Fuzzy control algorithm,a multi-objective evaluation function and multivariable fuzzy controller is designed,hardware and software configuration of monitoring system,program writing and monitoring interface is Completed with the TIA in this paper.
