摘 要:《冲压工艺与模具设计》是本科机械设计制造及其自动化专业的应用型核心课程,该门课程具有学科覆盖面宽、实践性强等特点,这导致学生在学习过程中困难重重,出现学习积极性下降、理论与实际脱节等问题。针对这些问题,本文在分析教学现状的基础上,尝试从教学方法及教学手段两方面进行探索式研究,并在学校教学改革方面提出相关建议。其目的在于提高课程教学质量,提高学生的冲压工艺和模具设计的能力,以达到培养应用型人才的目标。"Stamping process and mold design" is mechanical design manufacturing and automation, the core and applied course for undergraduates whose major are this course has the characteristics of discipline coverage widely and practical strongly and so on and that led to the students has difficulty in the learning this process at the same times it will lead problems such as the enthusiasm of learning decline the theory and practice out of touch. Aiming at these problems in this paper, based on the analysis on the present situation of teaching , try to exploratory re- search from the two aspects that teaching ways and teaching methods , and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of school teaching. The aims are to improve the teaching quality of the course and the students ability of stamping process and mold design, to achieve the goal of training applied talents.
