文化学视角下高校传统武术传承探究

摘　　要：传统武术作为中国优秀的身体运动项目,自宋代以后历经千年,在传统美学、伦理学、兵法学及生命科学的共同浸染下,已自成体系,被誉为极具中国乃至东方文化特色的历史遗产。高校作为文化传承的重要场所,在继承与弘扬传统文化方面有着显著的优势与责任。文章通过对武术文化及内容的回顾与剖析,展示中国武术的博大内涵,通过对当代高校实践内容及武术课程设置的分析,提出增强传统文化的宣传力度、改革现有高校武术课程建设及提高武术教师师资培养等具有现实指导意义的建议。Traditional martial arts, as a Chinese excellent physical sport, influenced by traditional aesthetics, ethics, art of war and impregnation of life science, after one thousand year＇ s development since the song dynasty, has formed its own system, and becomes extremely heritage with the characteristics of Chinese and the east culture. Colleges and universities as an important cultural heritage sites, hold the significant advantage and responsibility in carrying forward the traditional culture. Through a review of the history and contents of martial arts, this paper shows the broad connotation of Chinese martial arts. It also offers practical suggestions such as enhancing the publicity of tradi- tional culture, reforming the construction of existing campus martial arts, and improving the martial arts teachers＂ training, through analysis on contemporary college martial art contents and curriculum design.
