关于中国乒乓球俱乐部超级联赛发展若干问题的探讨

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、逻辑对比分析法,从乒乓球职业联赛的发展角度、成因、意义、历程及不足等若干问题进行讨论研究,试图找到发展策略。通过分析认为:中国乒乓球职业化改革是政府主导下的中国文化传统与现实市场经济的必然选择。提出解决现存问题应明确发展目标、加强市场为导向明确利益分配、从特点及不足中建立健全制度、建立企业模式管理机构、明确利益权责分配、注重品牌效应及培养固定球迷等为主要出发点。By using literature and logical comparative analysis methods, this papers tries to find the development from the discussion on the development point of view, causes, significance, history and deficiency of table tennis professional league. The conclusions are as follows： Chinese table tennis professional reform is the inevitable choices of Chinese traditional culture and market economy guided by government. Solving of the problem should starts from clarifying development goals, strengthening market guide to specify interest distribution, establishing system from features and insufficient, establishing company mode management agencies, explicating benefit rights and liabilities distribution, focusing on brand effect, as well as raising fixed fans, etc. ,
