摘　　要：高校体育教师评价分为定位性评价、形成性评价、诊断性评价和终结性评价四种类型,具有定位与分置、改进发展、诊断、鉴定与甄别、展示与激励、导向功能,评价内容包括教师素质、工作过程、工作绩效三个方面,评价方法主要有教案分析法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法、座谈调查法和查阅档案法。The evaluation of university P. E teachers involves positioning evaluation,formative evaluation,diagnostic and summative evaluation,with the functions of position and division,improvement and development,diagnosis,identification,discrimination,inspiration and guidance. Teachers＇ quality,working process and job performance are included in the evaluation contents,while the evaluation methods mainly contains teaching plan analysis,class observation,questionnaires,panel discussion and archival consultation.
