摘 要:通过观察现役广东省男子跆拳道运动员在全国锦标赛中心率的变化及赛后血乳酸值,评价其负荷强度,分析比赛中能量代谢特点。发现比赛中攻防间步法调整时强度接近甚至超过无氧阈强度,进攻和防守时接近甚至达到最大摄氧量强度。其供能特点以ATP-CP供能系统和糖酵解供能系统供能为主,有氧代谢供能系统为辅。结果表明,提高乳酸消除能力,提高ATP-CP能量储备量及快速恢复速度,对提升跆拳道运动员专项运动能力具有重要意义。In order to evaluate the load and the characteristic of energy metabolism of male athletes in the taekwondo competition, the male Guangdong taekwondo athletes' heart rate in the competition and the blood lactic acid after competition are detected. Results show that the load of footwork adjustment between the attack and defense in the competition are near or even more than anaerobic threshold intensity, the load of the attack and defense are near or even more than maximal oxygen intake intensity. During the competition, ATP - CP and lactic acid energy system are first, aerobic energy system is secondary. The results indicate that the improvement of lactic acid clearance rate and the reservation and recovery of ATP - CP energy system are very important to improve the special physical fitness of taekwondo athletes.
