摘  要:在LF6铝合金表面制备得到了微弧氧化膜层,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对膜层的微观结构、相结构进行了表征,通过盐雾腐蚀试验和湿热腐蚀试验对防锈铝基体及微弧氧化膜层进行了加速腐蚀试验。结果表明,LF6铝合金表面制备的微弧氧化膜层主要由α-Al_2O_3、γ-Al_2O_3组成,膜层表面呈多孔结构,内部致密。LF6铝合金在盐雾腐蚀条件下表面出现絮状腐蚀产物,产生腐蚀现象,对环境条件的适应能力不能满足要求;微弧氧化样品在加速腐蚀后表面没有发现裂纹,也没有发生明显的腐蚀现象,对环境条件的适应能力较好。The micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coatings were fabricated on LF6 aluminum alloys. The morphology, composition and phase component of MAO coatings were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy and MAO coatings was examined by neutral salt spray testing and hot-wet testing.The results show that the coating is composed of mullite, α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3.On the outer layer, there are lots of micropores while the inner layer is compact. During the neutral salt spray testing, there are flocculent corrosion products on the aluminum alloy surface, so the aluminum alloy is not suit to the circumtance. There are no flocculent corrosion products and cracks on MAO coatings after accelerateing corrosion. MAO coatings have a good compatibility to the circumtance.
