贮藏温度和时间对金铁锁种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：目的:为探讨金铁锁种子适宜的贮藏技术,对不同温度贮藏条件下的金铁锁种子做发芽试验。方法:将金铁锁种子采集后晒干,放置在4,20℃和常温条件下贮藏,在贮藏8个月、10个月和12个月时,取出种子做发芽试验。结果:贮藏8个月时,20℃和常温贮藏条件的发芽势分别为56.67%和53.33%,与4℃贮藏条件的发芽势(27.92%)差异显著,发芽率以20℃贮藏最高(83.75%),与4℃和常温贮藏差异显著;贮藏10个月时,常温贮藏的种子失去发芽能力,发芽率为0,4℃和20℃贮藏的发芽势和发芽率无显著差异;贮藏12个月时,4℃贮藏的发芽率最高为71.25%,与20℃贮藏的发芽率差异显著。结论:金铁锁种子应分开存放,对于存放时间超过10个月的种子,可以采用4℃低温冷藏的方式进行,对于存放时间不超过8个月的金铁锁种子,可以在常温下进行贮藏。Objective： To discuss the suitable storage technology of Psammoseline tunicoides seeds,thegermination percentage of the seeds, which was stored at different temperature, was explored. Methods：The Psammoseline tunicoides seeds were dried in the sun after collection and then stored under the condition of 4, 20 ℃ and the room temperature. Germination tests was done at 8 months, 10 months and 12 months.Results. After 8 months of storage,the germination energy of the seeds which storage at room temperature and 20 ℃ were 56.67% and 53.33% respectively,and they had significant difference compared with the seeds stored at 4 ℃ which the germination energy was 27.92%.The ger- mination percentage of the seeds stored at 20 ℃ was 83.75% which was the highest and it had signifi- cant difference compared with the seeds stored at 4 ℃ and room temperature after 8 months of stor- age.After 10 months of storage,the seeds stored at room temperature, which germination percentage was 0,had lost the germination ability and neither the germination percentage nor the germination potential had significant difference between the seeds stored at 4 ℃ and 20 ℃.After 12 months of stor- age,the germination percentage of the seeds stored at 4 ℃ was 71.25% which was the highest and it had significant difference compared with the seeds stored at 20 ℃.Conclusion： The Psammoseline tuni coides seeds should be stored separately, for the seeds that were stored more than 10 months can bestorage at 4 ℃, for the seeds that were stored less than 10 months can be storage at room temperature.
